Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours
* Salary: Starting from £25,059.01 - £27,565.01 (dependant on experience and skills)
Be the support our clients need—join our Right Care and Safeguarding team and make a real impact! As a Right Care and Safeguarding Advisor, you will gather medical histories from patients, GPs, and hospitals, ensuring compliance with guidelines. You'll manage referrals for Termination of Pregnancy and Vasectomy, inform patients about alternative options if necessary, and coordinate appointments. Updating patient records, reporting progress, and triaging complex cases are key parts of the role, along with supporting the team through consultations and administrative tasks.
Empowering every patient journey with compassion, compliance, and care—guiding each step, supporting each story. You’ll handle high-risk cases and ensure vulnerable clients access needed support. Managing referrals, conducting welfare calls, and using IT systems like Excel are essential. You’ll collaborate with professionals across healthcare, such as social workers and GPs, to address sensitive cases and help improve our Right Care and Safeguarding services.

All candidates must complete up to 12 weeks of training onsite Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm (TBC).
