Main duties of the job The individual will lead on the development of Patient Safety, Quality Improvement initiatives and clinical skills. You will work closely with the Trust’s Corporate Matron, supporting the QI work that is driven from audits. You will also take a proactive approach to working with stakeholders across the Trust to review how new equipment is procured, introduced and monitored, helping to ensure a successful adaptation into practice. Knowledge of, or prior involvement with, Patient Safety and Quality Improvement initiatives is a clear advantage for this role, along with knowledge of expanded roles.
