Testing Electrician - Social Housing Location: Suffolk/Norfolk £250-£350 per day - Own Van & Fuel (no sign written vans) Regen Solutions are currently looking for a number of experienced Electricians to carry out electrical testing and remedial works on behalf of one of our M&E clients across the East Anglia areas. The majority of the work will be EICR's, fuse boards and additional remedial works in social housing properties. This is price work, with a schedule of rates set out for EICR's and all additional domestic works, operatives should be expecting to earn between £250 and £350 per day. £60 per EICR plus a fee for certification, as well as additional remedial works, £100 per property. The end client have a specific list of requirements for this role, only electricians who have the following will be accepted: 18th edition 2391 Testing and Inspection Certificate NVQ/C&G Level 3 AM2 Own van (MUST NOT be sign-written) CAT B Asbestos Training - the client can provide this when you onboard, but will be at a cost to the electrician (circa £180)The contract covers the CM, CO, IP and NR postcodes, however Successful applicants will be kept as close to home as possible, Please note: on the odd occasion there could be larger works needed in any of the aforementioned areas, and operatives must be open to travel if needed. Social Housing experience, full tools and a UK driving licence is essential for this Electrician role. Weekly pay 1 week in arrears via payroll company - CIS or Limited.
