As a Reward Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering and enhancing compensation and benefits programs. Sitting within the Reward Team, you will support the execution of critical reward activities, ensuring smooth and efficient processes that align with business goals. From managing annual merit reviews to overseeing employee benefits and share schemes, your expertise will help drive a seamless employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the primary point of contact for reward-related queries, providing expert guidance to HR, payroll, and other stakeholders.
2. Support the end-to-end execution of annual reward cycles, including salary reviews, bonus calculations, and flexible benefits enrolment.
3. Manage compensation and benefits processes, ensuring accuracy in statutory reporting, survey submissions, and pension administration.
4. Oversee employee recognition programs, service awards, and share scheme administration.
5. Conduct market benchmarking and salary survey analysis to provide insights into external trends and internal equity.
6. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies in all reward-related processes.
