Job Brief
We have an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Purchasing Executive to join our growing team. This role offers a hands-on approach right from the start, allowing you to work closely with our Purchasing Manager and Sales Team to procure some of the most exclusive supercars and luxury cars in the market. It's a chance to develop your skills within a supportive environment and play a key role in an established luxury car showroom.
Your main responsibilities as a Vehicle Purchasing Executive will be:
* Building and maintaining relationships with clients over the phone and in person to bring their vehicles into GVE London’s inventory.
* Using industry platforms to identify potential vehicles for purchase and reach out to sellers.
* Spending the majority of your time in our showroom, with some travel to meet clients as needed.
* Keeping up to date with trends and developments in the luxury car market.
* Regularly updating our CRM to ensure smooth communication and follow-up.
* Representing GVE London at various automotive events, gaining exposure and networking with car enthusiasts.
* Taking initiative to connect with new and existing clients and develop business opportunities.
As a successful Vehicle Purchasing Executive, you will:
* Have a confident, goal-driven mindset to meet and exceed targets.
* Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Be organized and analytical, with the ability to understand and keep up with supercar market trends.
* Show self-motivation and initiative to tackle challenges and remain determined.
* Be target-focused and financially motivated.
* Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Be IT literate, comfortable with MS Office packages, and possess a professional telephone manner.
* Hold a full UK driver’s license.
