We are seeking an experienced cleaner, with a demonstrable track record of working within a supporting environment, within a housing or customer focused environment to support our two award-winning companies to make a real difference to people’s lives, homes and communities.
Are you:
2. Genuinely passionate about making a difference to our residents and able to use your initiative to deliver top quality customer service.
3. Able to provide an important part of the cleaning service and support the line manager with tasks assigned. Keeping the scheme in in good, clean condition.
4. Someone that has positive and flexible attitude, with strong values that align well to ours .
5. Efficient with cleaning duties, understanding that the communal areas are and extension of residents homes.
Do you have:
6. A strong customer focused and empathetic approach to dealing with customers.
7. The ability to work as part of a small, busy team as well as to work alone and therefore capable of organising your workload and making decisions.
8. Excellent communication skills and the self-awareness to continuously improve yourself
9. Proficient knowledge of cleaning
10. A proven track record of working in a cleaning environment

What you will be doing?
Using the WWH values, you will demonstrate effective skills and behaviours to confidently be a part of the team within the scheme, function and provide assistance and support to the residents and the wider team. You will enable the delivery of services to our residents by providing effective communication to all departments within the Group.
You must also be a good communicator and provide a high quality, friendly customer-orientated service .

You will work from our Extra Care Scheme based in Aberystwyth.
