This will include [but is not limited to] the following: Being a point of contact for managers, administration and premises staff. Answering queries from internal staff in relation to the Health & Safety, maintenance, renewal and allocation of facilities. Working as part of the facilities team responsible for facilities administration support, visitor bookings and upkeep of meeting rooms and office spaces. Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Manager and other managers on performance and policy matters. Responsible for the visitor booking procedure and welcoming visitors to the head office. Complete contractor and visitor management including booking in works, arranging access, diary management and document management for contractor works. Keep staff updated with all planned maintenance. Working with colleagues in Spicerhaart to obtain up to date information and answer queries/support the work of the team at all times. Providing a range of support and admin activities in conjunction with the Facilities Support Team including overseeing room bookings, maintaining meeting rooms and office areas and placing stationery orders.
