Your Role & Responsibilities
* Cost Monitoring & Reporting: Prepare CVR reports to track project budgets and expenses.
* Valuation & Negotiation: Arrange and lead contractor valuation audits and performance reviews, ensuring financial efficiency.
* Site Visits & Assessments: Conduct on-site visits to evaluate progress and verify quantities.
* Process Improvement: Assist in reviewing and implementing new and improved processes to enhance commercial efficiency.
Required Experience & Qualifications
* Professional Qualification (e.g. HNC/HND/Degree/Diploma) or equivalent.
* Experiencewithin in the construction industry.
* Strong understanding of monthly reporting and financial forecasting.
* Full UK Driving License.
