We are seeking to recruit a Senior Public Health Practitioner to help reduce health inequalities, promote better health and wellbeing, and lead on delivery of programmes and projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Delivery of Public Health programmes and projects.
2. Address health inequalities in the community.
3. Promote better health and wellbeing.
Qualifications:
1. A degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent level of public health experience.
2. Understanding of basic behaviour change and public health principles.
3. Knowledge of project management and programme delivery.
4. Solid experience of tackling health inequality.
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Commissioning experience is desirable.
