We have a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious DAF Truck Dealership based on Walton Summit Industrial Estate in Bamber Bridge, as a Truck Sales Administrator.
The successful candidate will join our busy team of Sales Administrators, involved in all elements of vehicle sales administration for the progressing of trucks from the point of customer order to final taxing and delivery.
The role includes:
* Administrative support to the sales team.
* Liaising with customers, suppliers, sub-contractors, and DAF Trucks to ensure vehicles are progressed promptly.
* Ordering, invoicing, taxation of vehicles and final delivery documentation.
* Keeping customers informed of vehicle order progress.
* Updating all relevant IT systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
* Maintaining vehicle files, ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed and stored.
Experience in a similar role within the motor industry would be an advantage but is not essential.
The ideal candidate will have good administration and IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, strong self-organisation skills, and be able to work well under pressure.
