Change Lead, English Culture Change Programme
Salary: £42,000 – £56,800
Location: Cambridge, Hybrid
Contract: Fixed Term (18 Months), Full time 35 hours per week.

About the role
As the Change Lead, you will support the development and implementation of actions to enable and drive cultural change across the English Product Group globally and help us achieve our strategic ambitions.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading change management activities, stakeholder analysis, and engagement.
* Driving change metrics and capturing change impacts.
* Managing change teams to deliver the change.
* Overseeing communications and engagement efforts in collaboration with our communications lead.
* Conducting learning needs analysis and readiness assessments.
* Ensuring action plans for sustaining change post-implementation.
* Lead change agent/champion teams to drive engagement and adoption of strategic changes.
* Empower others to manage and report on their activities independently. Inspire others to embrace change initiatives, overcoming barriers through proactive collaboration.
* Support in preparing our people for these changes, primarily targeting behaviours and mindsets, but also extending to business processes, systems, and technology.
About you
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic thinker who excels in communication, engagement, and influencing. You will be curious and passionate about trying new ideas, innovating, and continuously improving to contribute to our strategic priorities. You should be someone who challenges thinking and questions assumptions constructively. Additionally you will bring the following qualities, skills, and competencies:
Ability to translate complex ideas into actionable plans. Excellent skills in influencing and building and maintaining relationships. Leading and inspiring managers and teams to implement and embed changes that will enable and drive cultural change across English. Passionate about trying new ideas and continuously improving. Uses data from change readiness and impact assessments to inform decisions. Understanding of group psychology and behaviours, and their influence on change. Ability to design strategies to support managers in coaching their teams through change. Dealing with setbacks and learning from failures and adjusting behaviour as necessary. Reflects on and questions own assumptions to improve.
