The Department of Sociological and Psychological Sciences is involved in the Horizon Europe project LUMEN a collaborative international project with 19 European partners seeking to provide digital discovery solutions to communities in 4 academic fields.
The University now seeks to appoint a Post-Doctoral Fellow in User Research and CoDesign to work on the LUMEN project.
Reporting to Professor Stefano De Paoli, you will provide expertise in user research and codesign, with a focus on qualitative research and analysis, organisation of workshops and evaluation. You will also contribute to reporting the results of the project.
We are looking for an individual who is skilled in conducting user research, with the ability to engage a diverse range of users across multiple countries in both remote and in-person settings.
