Responsibilities:
As a Web & Ecommerce Manager at Telementum, you will manage our eCommerce product portfolio and web operations to deliver sell-through.
1. Deliver Best-In-Class DTC Experience: Manage global eCommerce operations, including product catalog management, product positioning and merchandising, order workflows, and inventory coordination to drive revenue growth.
2. Manage Timely Product & Seasonal Launches: Work closely with demand planning, operations and marketing teams to deliver on-time product launches and web campaigns across the US, UK, EU, and Australian markets.
3. Strong Analytical Skills: Report and monitor category and product sales, website traffic and engagement & regional and competitive trends.
4. Oversee Day-to-Day Website Operations: Launch web updates & promotions, maintain site navigation and search functionality, and implement A/B testing to refine the web experience.
5. Develop & Implement SEO & Content Strategies: Define and implement strategies to enhance site speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO performance.
Requirements:
The ideal Web & E-commerce Manager comes to us with:
* eCommerce & Marketplace Platform Knowledge: Shopify, Instagram & TikTok Shop
* Analytical minded with experience in Google Analytics, Excel & Looker Studio
* Familiarity with SEO best practices
* Customer-centric—you understand what makes an e-commerce experience intuitive and seamless—and you're always looking for ways to refine it
* HTML experience
* Knowledge of ADA and GDPR policies
* Experience with international markets preferred
