Job Description:
We are seeking a Service Level Reporting Manager who will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the IT service catalogue. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders and service owners to ensure all IT services are accurately described, categorised, and aligned with business needs. You will also be instrumental in developing reporting tools and metrics to assess the effectiveness of the service catalogue.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and Maintain Service Catalogue: Create, update, and manage the IT service catalogue, ensuring that all services are clearly described, well-organised, and categorised.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with IT service owners, business units, and other relevant stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the catalogue aligns with their needs.
* Service Documentation: Ensure the accurate and up-to-date documentation of all services, including service descriptions, SLAs, and any other related materials.
* Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and enhance the service catalogue to improve its usability and relevance to users.
* Training and Support: Provide training and support to users, ensuring they understand how to access and utilise the service catalogue effectively.
* Reporting and Metrics: Develop and maintain reporting tools and metrics to assess the effectiveness and usage of the service catalogue.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Service Catalogue Management Tools: Experience using tools for managing service catalogues and related documentation.
* ITIL Framework & Service Management: Strong understanding of ITIL principles and service management best practices.
* Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and engage with various stakeholders.
* Project Management: Strong organisational and project management skills to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.
* IT Service Management Tools: Proficiency in IT service management tools and software.
