Working Hours Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Key Duties Respond to and resolve 2nd line support issues, escalating when necessary. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software for clients. Manage backups, updates, and patch management. Troubleshoot network and server issues. Provide remote and on-site support as needed. Document all work performed, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Potential of taking 1st line calls Key Requirements Proven experience in a 2nd Line IT Support role. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office 365. Experience with networking technologies Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
