Your Role and Responsibilities: -Finance Technician - Hatfield, Hertfordshire Maintain the integrity of financial reporting through reconciliations and analysis. Assist in the annual closure of Constabulary and PCC accounts. Provide financial support to budget holders across the organisation. Support Assistant Accountants in producing timely and accurate financial reports. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and procedures. What We’re Looking For: Experience in financial reporting and reconciliation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities. Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced financial environment. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
