Key Responsibilities
Operations
1. Ensure the building is safe, clean & maintained at all times, taking full accountability of the standards of presentation
2. Lead on the in house ticketing system ensuring that response and resolution KPI’s are met
3. Maintain the CRM systems, updating access control and accessing CCTV when needed
4. Suggest improvements to Front of House operations, taking pride in the look and feel of the reception area
5. Manage all incoming and outgoing post, liaising with couriers to ensure a smooth service
6. Assist with the management of the in house cleaning team, ensuring their targets are met
7. Contribute to the management of Netil Market & Sunbury Workshops
Resident & Visitor Experience
1. Instil and nurture a consistently positive sentiment among the residents, ensuring this remains high during challenging times
2. Take a creative and proactive approach to ensuring that all resident touch points are considered and contribute to an impeccable environment
3. Be the eyes and ears of the resident community, logging all relevant interactions for attention of the wider team
4. Greet all visitors to the building in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression
5. Use knowledge of the company structure and departments, effectively direct and advise all incoming queries in an appropriate way
6. Assist the Brand Marketing team with online outreach and maintaining of socials
7. Contribute to the overall resident culture, facilitating connection and collaboration by getting to know residents and their work in a genuine and authentic way
Essential Requirements
1. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a Front of House environment
2. An understanding of the workspace market and a genuine interest & curiosity in our residents
3. A natural conversationalist, balancing a warm and professional style of written and verbal communication

8. 23 days holiday, plus bank holidays and 1 additional day per year (up to 3 years)
Salary: £25k - £30k
Reports to: Community Manager
Working Hours: 35 hours per week. Shifts will vary between mornings (8 am – 3 pm) and evenings (3 pm – 10 pm) from Monday to Friday. Weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday will be from 9 am – 6 pm.
You may infrequently be required to work outside of these hours to assist with networking and social events.
