We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive sales growth in the foodservice sector. This field-based role is perfect for a results-driven professional with a passion for building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Role Overview:
* 85% New Business Development – Proactively identify and secure new customers.
* 15% Account Management – Maintain and develop existing accounts.
* Appointment Setting – Book and attend client meetings to showcase our high-quality seafood offerings.
What’s on Offer?
* Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + generous bonus scheme
* Hours: 07:00 - 15:30, Monday to Friday

Who We’re Looking For:
* Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in foodservice or hospitality
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in cold calling & client meetings
* Full UK driving licence essential
