The Role As an HR customer support consultant, you'll play a key role in supporting clients with HR-related queries, providing high-quality documentation, and ensuring that all materials meet legal standards. This is a busy and fast-paced role that requires a strong understanding of Employment Law, specifically relating to policy wording and requirements. Attention to detail is crucial, as you will be reviewing and drafting various HR documents.
