The client is seeking to appoint a Managing Director—the first in the firm's history—as a strategic and transformative hire. The ideal candidate will be an architect with significant experience in working on prime residential properties, familiar with all RIBA stages of a project. This individual should be ready to leverage their knowledge and expertise in project delivery, studio-wide management, and team leadership.

Essential Skills:

* Minimum of 15 years of post-Part 3 experience.

* Strong leadership skills, including managing teams and studio operations.
