We’re looking for a dynamic and driven External Account Manager to work in key role in driving the business forward. You will be field/home based, 75% of your role will be to manage and grow existing accounts, these for vary in value from £20,000 up to £100,000. The other 25% will be hunting for new business opportunities selling labels into end user clients across a range of industries including but not limited to: manufacturing, cosmetics, food (non-food contact), drinks and chemicals. In this role, you will: Manage and Grow Existing Clients (75%): Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with our existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities to expand our partnerships. Drive New Business (25%): Proactively seek out and close new business opportunities to grow the client base. Be on the Move: With this field-based role, you’ll regularly meet clients face-to-face, so a full UK driving license is essential. What We’re Looking For Prior experience of working within a label manufacturing environment Proven success in account management, ideally with experience managing and growing mid-to-high value accounts. Excellent client facing interpersonal and communication skills are a must Strong track record in growing existing accounts and securing new business. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
