They are currently seeking a Property Services Compliance Manager to join their team on a full-time basis for a 23 month fixed-term contract.

The Role
As a Property Services Compliance Manager, you will take the lead on keeping our client’s properties safe, by ensuring adherence to all Health and Safety legislation and regulatory requirements.
Keeping abreast of best practice procedures, you will provide advice and risk assessments on a wide range of property aspects. These will include asbestos management, gas safety, water hygiene, electrical testing, lifts, and fire safety and collating data.
You will also engage with residents and sub-contractors, managing compliance contracts, and support the Head of Property and Estates, ensuring concerns are dealt with and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
About You
To be considered as a Property Services Compliance Manager, you will need:
- Substantial experience in customer-focused property management in a comparable organisation
- Experience of stock condition databases and management
- Experience of compliance and risk management
- The ability to demonstrate good levels of customer service and support
- An understanding of all relevant legislation and landlord and resident obligations
- Working knowledge of data management systems
- Highly developed IT skills in Office 365 and housing or property management systems
- A relevant building qualification and/or membership of a professional body (RICS, GB) IOSH, NEBOSH OR health and safety qualification or AMS, OR a commitment to study and attain qualification within first year of service
