What you'll do
Vodafone UK is seeking an experienced specialist Reward lead on the management of FCA Commission governance and to act as a Reward business partner.
The role holder will be a credible expert in their field; providing specialist advice and guidance to senior stakeholders on a wide range of reward matters. The role holder will be responsible for ensuring all Vodafone UK reward and incentive programmes support the creation of a high performing business, while being equitable and driving good customer outcomes. The role holder will partner with our Compliance and business teams to ensure remuneration compliance and to drive identify improvements to drive business outcomes.
The role provides an excellent opportunity to have a demonstrable impact on Vodafone’s business performance and strategy.
• Lead Reward specialist for the FCA, partnering with the Compliance and business functions to ensure Vodafone ard compliant with regulations and future changes
• Responsible for the preparation of all Committee Forum papers and meetings
• Provide expert guidance to HR Business Partners on all matters relating to reward and incentives, upskilling Reward & HR colleagues where relevant on regulatory requirements
• Review and provide advice on proposed variable commission and incentive plans to ensure regulatory compliance; identify opportunities for improvements in line with business strategy and regulatory requirements
• Leading specific Reward projects based on the Reward plan and supporting business as usual reward processes
• Provide expert guidance to business leaders and HR Business Partners on all matters relating to reward and incentives, upskilling HR colleagues and managers
• Grading senior roles using WTW methodology
• Leading approach to pay positioning and how to attract and retain critical talent
Who you are
• Impact and influence – ability to influence senior level managers and directors
• A background in remuneration regulations, ideally in an FCA regulated organisation
• Highly numerate with strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
• Strong communication skills, able to articulate complex information to a varied audience, including writing board papers
• CIPD (or equivalent qualification) in reward management
• Job evaluation experience (preferably Willis Towers Watson global Grading)
