I'm looking for a Customer Liaison Officer in Gateshead to work on a planned works social housing contract, on an on-going contract.
The successful Customer Liaison Officer will be needed to:
1. Liaising with customers on site, ensuring a high level of communication to help build good customer relations.
2. Report to the project manager regarding any ongoing issues and feedback.
3. Communicate with the customer service team, monitoring all feedback.
4. Ensuring customer enquiries are recorded and responded to promptly
5. Assisting the site managers on site teams to ensure they are working to the company's quality and health and safety policies.
Ideally I'm looking for a Customer Liaison Officer that:
6. Have experience in this role
7. Have strong organisational skills
8. Have excellent communication skills, written and verbal
9. Be proactive and have an enthusiastic approach to customer service
10. Have a full driving license
In return, the successful Customer Liaison Officer will receive:
11. 40 hours a week
12. £17 p/h
13. Long term work
