In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for their valued customers and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of their office and workshops and in maintaining a welcoming friendly environment. Key Duties Effectively and efficiently running the reception area, maximising customer experience, Act as the first point of contact for the business and greeting visitors with a warm welcome and a smile. Answering telephone calls promptly and dealing with all enquiries with positivity and attention to detail, going above and beyond to ensure resolution to the customers complete satisfaction. Regular communication with colleagues and collaborative teamwork to ensure customer needs are being met. Clear, respectful, professional, polite and kind communication demonstrating empathy and understanding. Diary management including booking in vehicles for servicing, MOTs and repairs, generating estimates and invoices, ensuring accuracy. Taking payments. Managing stock control including ordering parts, booking in on their purchase order system, dealing with returns paperwork and liaising with suppliers. Telephoning customers to advise when their vehicles are ready for collection. Maintaining accurate records using the business computer system. Building strong working relationships with customers to ensure retention and, attract new business. Skills required Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in clerical duties with experience in data entry. Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage positively with customers and colleagues. Ability to work independently while being part of a team-oriented environment. Vehicle knowledge beneficial but not essential
