π Hours: Full-time (Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 5 PM, 1-hour lunch) - 35 hour week

About the Role
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Finance Administrator to play a key role in contractor payroll and supplier invoicing. If you have strong numeracy skills, ideally with experience with Xero, and a passion for keeping financial records accurate, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
β¨ Your Key Responsibilities:

Raise and submit client invoices in line with agreed terms.
β
Track and follow up on Purchase Orders π.
β
Reconcile invoices and bills within the accounting system.
β
Process travel invoices βοΈ.
β
Handle payment queries and escalate if needed.
β
Manage inboxes for invoices, timesheets & expenses π§.
β
Ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded.
β
Request and verify umbrella and limited company invoices.
β
Conduct cross-checks on payroll and contractor reports.
β
Verify limited company details on Companies House ποΈ.
β
Prepare BACS templates for approval π·.
β
Improve client invoicing processes for efficiency.
β
Send remittance advice slips.
β
Suggest cost-saving & process improvements π‘.
β
Manage petty cash.
β
Adhere to financial policies & procedures.
β
Support the Finance Team Leader with ad hoc tasks.
