We are excited to be recruiting for a Hospitality waiting staff to work at CMS Cameron McKenna Hospitality. Location: CMS Cameron McKenna Rate of pay: £29,246.88 per annum Delivery of high end hospitality services across meeting rooms, including a range of breakfast, lunch and occasional dinner services. Key responsibilities and accountabilities: Food Service Serve all food to the highest standard and in line with the CH&CO style using the correct tools and presentation techniques. Prepare and serve all beverages in a timely manner and to the CH&CO standard. Assist in the preparation of tables and to ensure all cutlery and glassware is polished. To assist with any food preparation in kitchen to the CH&CO standard as required. Keep the service areas clean, tidy and presentable in line with the standards. Clean and wash up equipment, kitchen and service areas as necessary to comply with cleaning schedules. Customer Service To present and maintain a professional and friendly image with the client and customers at the relevant event. Attend to customer needs in a polite and helpful manner. Provide information to customers about the food in a knowledgeable and informed manner. Work with all colleagues in a polite and helpful way to ensure excellent customer service Health & safety To understand and comply with CH&CO and statutory health, hygiene and safety, quality standards including COSHH and HACCP ensuring all tasks are carried out in accordance these standards Wear the correct uniform and safety shoes as directed and maintain uniform items appropriately. Report any equipment and/or building fabric faults and any hygiene, health and safety hazard to the Catering Manager. Occasional Responsibilities To attend training courses and attend CH&CO meetings when necessary Assist in monthly stock take as directed. What's in it for you?
