Customer Account Coordinator - Stoke (ST6 5FD) – Plumb Centre

As a Customer Account Coordinator based in Stoke (ST6 5FD), you’ll be responsible for:
* Taking control of contract business in the branch
* Liaising with contract customers via email and phone
* Loading jobs onto the system
* Ensuring the stock is available and the pricing is correct
* Liaising with the rest of the team to make sure delivery goes out in full and on time
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 07.30am - 5.00pm and one Saturday a month 08.00am - 12.00pm.
