The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide a first-class customer experience at our Loch of the Lowes Visitor Centre. Responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in the daily running of the centre
2. Focusing on membership recruitment and maximising sales
3. Assisting with stock control and purchasing
4. Wildlife events planning and delivering talks
5. Working with volunteers and maintaining standards
6. Opening/closing the centre and daily cashing up
The candidate:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and IT skills, can provide effective and innovative information including updating social media. Experience in the retail/tourism/not-for-profit sector, and an aptitude to enthuse others about nature conservation is required. A current UK driving licence, a first aid certificate, and a general knowledge of Health & Safety is desirable.
