Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
1. Develop and maintain high-level relationships within client organizations to understand their strategic objectives and promote product adoption.
2. Organize and lead regular client meetings to discuss ongoing items, proposed enhancements, and ensure progress towards completion.
3. Present product demos, conduct training, and liaise with key stakeholders to reinforce Allvue's value proposition.
Issue Escalation and Resolution
1. Proactively identify client issues and potential risks, lead the risk mitigation process, and coordinate across departments to resolve issues satisfactorily.
2. Keep a record of client interactions, track product performance, and communicate any identified product and market needs.
3. Work closely with Professional Services, Support, Sales, and Product teams to deliver a positive, cohesive customer experience.
4. Stay informed of product features, actively engage in training and research, and mentor team members for knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
1. Great emphasis on delivering customer success and achieving stakeholder objectives in partnership with Allvue's products.
2. Strong ability to engage and work with stakeholders across all levels within client organizations.
3. Proficient with financial and fund accounting software platforms.
4. Savvy with technology and comfortable providing virtual and in-person presentations.
5. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally.
6. Critical listening and feedback solicitation skills are essential.
