We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. As an HR Administrator, you will provide support across a range of HR activities, ensuring that all administrative tasks are carried out efficiently and in compliance with company policies. £12.50-£13.50 per hour Leeds- Full time Temporary - Minimum of 2 months work- start ASAP Key Responsibilities: Assist with the recruitment process, including preparing job adverts, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates. Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical. Support the HR team with employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Prepare and issue employment contracts and other related documentation. Manage and update employee benefits and payroll information. Assist with HR projects as required. Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including handling HR-related queries and filing. Key Skills & Experience: Previous experience in an HR administrative role is desirable, but not essential. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
