As a Risk Lead, you'll play a vital role in identifying and mitigating risks, improving controls, and maintaining operational excellence. You'll partner with Global Data & Reporting Operations teams and senior leaders to enhance the risk and control environment in line with the enterprise risk framework. Partnering with GDRO functions and leadership to provide guidance on risk and control issues. Coordinating regulatory exams, audits, and risk assessments. Developing and maintaining process management frameworks. Collaborating with Audit, Compliance & Operational Risk partners. Ensuring compliance with critical deadlines for risk identification and remediation. Excellent communication skills to drive risk-based decisions. Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team. Strong organisational skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines. Proactive approach to continuous learning and development. Knowledge of Global Markets products or support functions and operational risks. Previous experience in improving processes and driving change. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to change.
