Key Responsibilities:
* Client Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with vendors, providing honest and transparent advice.
* Viewings & Sales: Arrange and conduct property viewings, prepare detailed sales particulars, and oversee the sales process from start to finish.
* Compliance & Marketing: Ensure all Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance is met and assist with marketing efforts to showcase our properties.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to drive success and innovation in our agency.
What You’ll Bring:
* Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Outlook, Word, and other standard office tools.
* Exceptional organisational abilities and a polished, professional presentation.
* A “can-do” attitude with a genuine passion for helping others.

* Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 5.15 pm
* Alternating Saturdays (hours variable)
