We are currently recruiting for a Corporate Administration Analysts to join our busy Corporate Credit Control Team in Ashford. You will be the first point of contact for our internal and external customers and will play a key role in providing vital support ensuring optimum debt collection in a thriving, fast paced environment. The role provides the opportunity to explore ways to transform business processes and take an active role in improving customer experience and Team efficiencies. This role is offering flexible hybrid working with at least 1 day based in our Kent office for team collaboration and meetings, so you must be with in a commutable distance. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities: Intercept all inbound calls and emails received into the Corporate Credit Control Team. Manage and resolve internal and external customer queries to defined service levels. Make informed judgements to escalate queries or payment concerns, engaging the relevant colleagues. Process customer card payments. Manage and issue copy documents and bespoke statement requests. Proactively analyse requests and create solutions to reduce the number received. Utilise third party solutions to increase administration productivity and engage with customers to streamline receipt of statement and invoicing information. Process electronic document resends and proactively engage with the Credit Control and Ecommerce Teams to establish the root cause of EDI failures and implement solutions to reduce error rates. Build and utilise a network of internal and external customers and maintain accurate records of correspondence and communication. Regularly interact with colleagues to manage expectations of requests and deadlines. Assist Credit Control with their portfolio of accounts when required. Other Ad Hoc duties as requested by Management to support the Credit Management Department. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced administration role and have an excellent knowledge of MS Excel, (especially Pivot tables and V-Look ups). You will be confident in communicating with internal and external customers at all levels and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in your work. You will also take ownership of your own performance and be able to identify areas for improvement and development.
