Candidate Profile:
1. Hold a Registered Nurse Qualification (RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN.

3. Demonstrate self-awareness, seeking support and advice when needed.
4. Possess strong listening and rapport-building skills.
5. Be organised and able to prioritise effectively.

Working Hours:
The facility operates 12-hour shift patterns:
1. Day Shift: 7:25 am to 7:45 pm
2. Night Shift: 7:25 pm to 7:45 am
