As the Quality Manager you are responsible for supervising and inspecting the production process, and implementing, maintaining, and improving the quality management system (QMS) within the company to ensure compliance with the ISO 9001 & CE Certification. Ensuring that all products meet consistent standards. The role involves a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and administrative responsibilities.
* Team Management: The Quality Manager is responsible for educating workshop personnel to produce quality products to the customer's specifications.
* Training: Providing training, development, and guidance to workers to ensure they understand and follow the fabrication processes, and quality standards.
