Circa £40k per annum Swindon (Hybrid) Permanent The Company Our client is a UK leading manufacturer within the utilities industry, With ambitious growth plans to increase their presence nationwide, they are seeking an innovative and established Digital Marketing Manager to optimize their website and other marketing channels. A key strategic role within the business, with big potential for growth and development, this role is designed for an individual who is looking for a role they can flourish in and elevate their career. The Role As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will tasked with maximising the online commercial performance of the whole organisation using a variety of data sources including web analytics data on traffic, conversion and order value to drive insights, actions and measurable improvements. You will work closely with the sales and commercial teams, to drive the online performance in line with the overall organisations strategy. You will represent eCommerce in relevant internal meetings and will influence and challenge key senior stakeholders through actionable insight to drive improvements to online metrics. In this varied position, your KPIs will be based around the delivery of growth vs budget, engagement rates, click through rates, etc. Ensuring your Success You will posses prior experience working within a standalone Marketing Management position, with total control of online marketing strategy. Demonstrable experience of delivering results vs KPIs is essential. You will be an excellent communicator who can work cross-functionally and bring ideas to life. A self starter who can work within a team, as well as on their own initiative is very desirable. In Return Other than working in one of the UKs largest manufacturers, within their own niche, you will be given creative freedom and autonomy in leading, developing and implementing your own eCommerce Strategy.
