We are a Legal 500 and Chambers UK recommended firm currently recruiting for a Telephone Supervisor to join our Birmingham Office.
This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday from 8.30am – 5.00pm. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and growing hub serving all our offices and will be responsible for leading the telephone team in providing exceptional service to our clients.
Requirements of the role:
* Supervise a small team of call handlers dealing with all inbound calls to the firm
* Manage inbound call handling to ensure all calls are answered promptly and in a professional manner
* Monitor call queues and response times for all inbound calls and take necessary steps to maintain a high level of service
* Deliver training to the team when required
* Report technical issues impacting service to the IT team
* Answer all inbound calls from prospective and existing clients
* Screen telephone calls, taking relevant and accurate messages
* Liaise with other departments
* Assist the wider support teams and carry out general administrative duties when required
* This is an office-based role
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Polite and professional telephone manner
* Proven experience in an administration role
* Ability to learn quickly
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Able to work on own initiative and also as part of a wider team
* Ability to cope with tight deadlines and work under pressure
* Experience using the Microsoft Office suite
