Experienced Office Manager/Administrator required to join a highly reputable contractor based in Hampshire, specialising in fit out projects nationwide.
As Office Manager, you will be reporting into the Director and be based in their head office. You will be responsible for:
1. Managing and maintaining accurate records of project documentation, contracts, and invoices.
2. Coordinating with project managers and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
3. Managing office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
4. Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including distribution and dispatch.
5. Assisting with payroll processing and employee onboarding procedures.
6. Supporting the management team with ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
You will be an experienced office manager or hold previous experience within an office administrative-based role. Desirably, you will come from a construction background, but this is not essential. Key attributes include:
1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Good computer skills and ability to use Microsoft packages.
3. Organised and proactive approach to work.
