We are a growing accounting firm seeking a skilled and experienced bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum ofExperience in Xero. As part of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting tasks, and ensuring smooth financial operations for our clients.
* Perform daily bookkeeping duties, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts using Xero.
* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
* Process payroll, expense reports, and bank reconciliations.
* Prepare financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
* Assist with the preparation of client tax returns and regulatory filings.
* Support month-end and year-end close processes.
* Liaise with clients to obtain financial information and address any accounting issues or inquiries.
* Ensure timely data entry and maintain up-to-date records for multiple clients
Requirements:
