We have a permanent fulltimejob opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join the team of aleading international manufacturing company at their UK officewhich has recently relocated to Carlisle city centre due tocontinued success and growth.
Your job will be to processcustomer orders and manage stock levels via their bespoke computersystem.
Theideal candidate for this position will have excellentadministration and peopleskills.
Youwill be working within a small friendly and relaxed team of peoplewho work closely with and support each other. It s a really niceplace to work!
There is theoption to work from home one day per week and the employer willalso consider parttime candidates if full time is not foryou.
Yournewjob
* Processcustomer orders viacomputer.
* Monitor andupdate stock levels.
* Produce stockforecasts based on order history and salespromotions.
* Receive orders fromcustomers (usuallyelectronically).
* Send orders tooverseas head office andfactories.
* Send delivery informationto distributors.
* Liaise withtransport companies.
* Raise supplierinvoices (computer generated).
* Chaseorders and deliveries whenrequired.
* Adhoc administrative andclerical duties.
* Work closely withthe rest of the team (accounts / sales andadmin).
