About the Culinary Products Account Manager job The role of the Product Portfolio Manager involves integrating client catering strategies. This position requires expertise in the catering industry or airline operations, and food strategy. Strong client relationship management skills are essential, with a focus on new product development (NPD) and revenue generation through innovation. Key tasks Build and nurture strong relationships with account key stakeholders to understand their catering needs, preferences, and strategic objectives. Collaborate closely with the account catering team to determine capabilities can align with planned business goals. Become a core member of the client’s account management team and work closely with the Account Director/Manager to deliver the agreed strategic and tactical product and service development initiatives delivering revenue and profitability growth. Collaborate closely with Heads of Category Development and Account Managers to create innovative catering solutions that align with client needs. About You The successful candidate shall ideally have a catering background as well as high-level culinary skills and/or food product development experience, along with a strong commercial acumen and a good understanding of specification, design and details of food products and packaging. More details The Culinary Products Account Manager role is based in Berkshire and is paying £50,000 to £60,000 per annum, according to your experience. The role requires both long and short-haul travel to partnered offices.
