The Roles We are seeking two motivated Cloud/DevOps Engineers with a strong mix of Azure, AWS, and open-source tooling expertise to design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure and CI/CD solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with modern automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Kubernetes) and a strong understanding of cloud architecture, microservices, and security best practices. This role involves collaborating with clients to build optimized, secure, and scalable multi-cloud environments. Both roles require strong experienced candidates that can immediately add value to our clients. The Lead role should have significant experience in creating solutions without direction whilst leading other engineers through execution. Key Responsibilities Cloud Infrastructure: Design, build, and optimize scalable cloud environments across Azure and AWS. Develop efficient CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Use Terraform and Bicep to provision and manage cloud infrastructure. Implement automation solutions for deployment, scaling, and monitoring. Microservices and Middleware: Architect and support microservices-based systems for reliability and scalability. Integrate real-time streaming solutions such as Kafka and manage connectors. Contribute to middle-layer service development using Node.js. Data Solutions: Manage and optimize Clickhouse, CosmosDB, DynamoDB, and data pipelines. Support workflow integration with tools like NiFi and Power/Logic Apps. Monitoring and Observability: Deploy and configure open-source monitoring tools, including Grafana, Prometheus, and proxy servers. Optimize system performance monitoring and alerting for hybrid cloud environments. Cloud Architecture and Security: Design and implement secure cloud architectures with a focus on best practices and security roles. Apply networking expertise (e.g., CCNP-level knowledge or equivalent experience) for cloud infrastructure. Key Skills & Experience Proven experience working with Azure and AWS for multi-cloud solutions. Strong expertise in CI/CD pipeline development using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps. Hands-on experience with Terraform and Kubernetes for IaC and orchestration. Solid understanding of microservices architecture and tools like Kafka. Proficiency in managing databases such as Clickhouse, CosmosDB, and DynamoDB. Coding experience with Node.js to contribute to middle-layer services. Experience deploying and configuring open-source monitoring tools ( Prometheus, Grafana ). Networking expertise at CCNP level or equivalent experience.
