The Job
As a Business Process Manager, you will support Red Engine by managing collaborative processes and projects, ensuring they are well-documented, structured, and efficiently executed. You will work closely with the Head of Programme to ensure smooth planning processes, manage projects, and support the PMO function.
This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, who enjoys bringing structure to processes and fostering accountability and collaboration across teams.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Documenting and managing key business planning processes
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to map existing processes, identify improvements, and implement changes
* Creating structured process guides for clarity
* Managing key planning processes (e.g., Annual Menu Development)
* Scheduling and facilitating recurring check-in meetings to track progress
* Monitoring the impact of process changes and adjusting as needed
* Ensuring accountability for deliverables and flagging risks early
* Applying industry best practices (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) to improve efficiency and quality
* Supporting PMO administration and governance, including reporting and process tracking
* Maintaining project documentation, templates, and governance structures
* Communicating project updates effectively across teams
* Managing lessons learned processes
* Developing project plans and managing multiple projects
* Conducting roadmaps, gap analysis, and critical path analysis
* Collaborating to ensure smooth project execution and clear outcomes
* Managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and project budgets
To be successful in this role, you’ll:
* Have experience in process management, project management, and business operations
* Possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Be structured and process-driven, with confidence in documenting and improving workflows
* Have excellent communication skills to engage and align teams
* Be experienced with platforms like Microsoft Office, Planner, Project, and Excel (including VBA)
* Be proactive, detail-focused, and adept at identifying gaps
* Have a proven track record of setting objectives, meeting deadlines, and facilitating meetings
* Be passionate about hospitality, operations, and customer experience; industry experience is a plus
