Excellent organisational skills are essential, able to prioritise, anticipate needs, within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities Comprehensive email management Diary management Drafting and sending letters, presentations, decks Audio/Copy typing Dictation of letters, emails and other Manage invoices and expenses Social media management, including posting on Instagram and LinkedIn, creating new content Preparing marketing materials (InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft and Adobe skills desirable) Answering calls Meet & greet guests Set up Zoom Calls and Teams General office management Provide general admin support to the wider team Ad hoc personal assistance Please note, due to high volume of applications we are only able to respond to successful candidates
