As a customer service administrator, you will be responsible for:
1. Computer admin of NHS customer accounts
2. Data entry and inputting daily orders using detailed codes
3. Answering the telephone to take customer calls and deal with enquiries, orders, and queries, dealing with emails
As a customer service administrator, you must be a confident communicator, enjoy fast-paced work, and have a keen eye for detail.
It's ideal if you have experience of working in a chemist or with dispensing medicines, but training will be given.
