The post holder will have responsibility to support the Senior Manager Learning and Development and Organisational Development in the delivery of planned and unplanned work and projects e.g. supporting large scale management of change, organisational transformation initiatives and processes from an OD perspective. Aid in the design and facilitation of bespoke OD interventions ensuring an evidence base and tangible benefits are realised using a range of available tools to support the work. Use judgement skills to provide routine and non-routine OD, escalating matters when needed. Offer support, advice and guidance on available Learning and Development options from local, system, regional and national organisations open to ICB managers and employees. This will be achieved through the provision of specialist advice and guidance and the development and implementation of best practice HR / People strategy, policy and practice. The post holder will have responsibility for the provision of advice on matters relating to the work of the People Team and be an expert in all aspects of Human Resources and the NHS workforce agenda. The People Services Transformation Manager will provide visible, credible and effective expertise in order to deliver a high quality service, forging strong relationships with stakeholders internally/externally, and building the reputation of collaborative partnership working and innovation in the provision of HR and People services.
