The new Head will relish the opportunity to facilitate and drive forward the school’s aims in terms of improvement in teaching and learning, personal development and skills, stability and structure. They will work closely with the Board of Governors and the Executive Team to ensure successful outcomes in terms of improved academic attainment and emotional and social wellbeing, raised aspirations and greater social capital.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate their financial and strategic acumen, leading on key initiatives which have been ratified by the Board with the capability and appetite to drive the School’s strategic development at a critical time in its history. Responsible for every aspect of the School’s day-to-day operation and for its development and performance, they will set the highest standards for staff and pupils and lead by example. A committed Christian, they will be an inspiring, forward-thinking leader, driven in the pursuit of excellence and able to win the confidence and trust of the whole school community.
