We have nearly 7,000 homes for affordable rent and shared ownership in Wiltshire, Somerset and Bath and North-East Somerset. We employ over 300 staff from our offices in Trowbridge and Melksham. The role Selwood are committed to building a sustainable future, driving decarbonisation and integrating renewable technologies into both our existing properties and new builds. We are embarking on a new energy efficiency programme, aimed at improving the EPC rating of our properties, and eradicating fuel poverty. This will include installing roof mounted PV panels, and modernising heating services. We are looking for a Site Delivery Coordinator to work closely with our Contracts Manager. Working predominantly onsite, you’ll coordinate multiple teams as they go about this long-term project, ensuring work is completed on time, efficiently and in line with Health and Safety regulations. This is an excellent opportunity to put your technical and leadership skills to good use, in an exciting sector. What we are looking for Whether you have existing energy experience, or are coming from trade background, we encourage you to apply. Ideally you will also have some of the following: Strong knowledge of multiple trades such as plumbing, heating, electrical, roofing and carpentry Supervisory experience within the construction industry Knowledge of industry best practice to ensure high standards and safe practices Experience of conducting pre and post inspections Experienced using business systems to monitor and achieve high performance standards measured against KPI’s The ability to manage teams of sub-contractors to drive performance If you are looking for a new challenge and tick the boxes above, this could be the role for you.
