An immediate role has come to fruition for a Document Controller / Contracts Administrator working with a leading external envelope contractor based in Bournemouth.
Your role will include:
1. Liaising closely with the designers, contract managers and office team
2. Setting up the administration of new projects
3. Issuing H&S info and drawings to site
4. Placing materials orders
5. Placing sub-contract orders
6. Producing O&M manuals for jobs
7. Checking invoices
